TheCharlesLloyd August 2016

Here Is Some Fun From My 49th Birthday

While On Tour I Made These Vines In My Spare Time.

This was just before I visited Buxton for the first time and fell in Love. Now the town is my home, the great thing about Buxton is the creative s that dwell here and the energy the people put into the arts. We have the Buxton Opera House that boast a program for all, as does the cinema at the arts centre attached to the opera house.
Then you have the many friendly bars and restaurants. At 50 I had been at a loss as what to do with the rest of my life, well Buxton has given me the spark to venture into new pastures. Have a lounge show I do around the town, Directing Moon Quest for the Fringe Festival here and in Manchester, with many new projects in the pipe line. Life begins at 50. Looking forward to broadcasting Adventures to you all again via the Radio.

TheCharlesLloyd Commuting To Manchester Adventures

TheCharlesLloyd From Buxton To Manchester

I Made Some Vines On The Journey To Use The Time.

The Christmas of 2016 a very tired TheCharlesLloyd commuted to Manchester six days a week. Trying to keep sane; these Vines were produced.
Am very glad to be working again in Manchester Directing Moon Quest. Here you will find all the details. The journey is not so bad in 2018, as I am looking forward to meeting with a great cast and working with a Wonderful Script!

TheCharlesLloyd In Buxton

Buxton Is The Place To Be

Here Is Some Vintage Vine For You To Enjoy.

What Are You Up To Now TheCharlesLloyd?

A Mighty Fine Question!
Been busy settling into this wonderful town. The people are so welcoming and have found some lovely places to socialise; The Duke, 53 Degrees North and The Old Sun Inn are my favourite Bars. Dog Friendly, Marvellous Staff and Great Food.
Thanks to Gilberts, I have started to perform again, my first show was at this venue and a big thank you to them for having me.
My next theatrical adventure is Moon Quest for the Buxton and Manchester Fringe Festivals this summer.
The Radio Channel is coming back later this year, just saving some coffers ready to Launch.
